WOW! Who knew we had delicious Chinese food like this in Provo? This place looks beautiful with the remodel, and the service was top-notch. From the moment the pickled daikon was set on the table, we knew we were in for a treat. Our food was extraordinary. Generous portions of flavorful, authentic dishes. We can't wait for the grand opening of hot pot on June 28th! Will definitely be back!

I went on a date and loved it! I didn't think Provo had an authentic Chinese restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't try the hotpot, but what I did get tasted lovely. The atmosphere is great and there was no one there when I went. People need to know of this place!

Really fun authentic Chinese and hot pot. I love Chinese but am so used to the food being lukewarm and soggy. Such was not the case here. The food was piping hot. Even the noodles needed a second to cool. The fried foods were so crispy, even the sweet and sour pork in the sauce. We ordered the shrimp lo mein, sweet and sour pork, and pot stickers. The service was great. Our serve was kind, helpful, and the food came out super fast. If you get the hot pot, the table has burners for each place rather than one to share at the table which is great.

So I didn't try the hot pot because it was hot out so this review isn't about their hot pot. Anyway eating here was okay. The former Dim Sum place was superior for sure but I didn't mind eating here. The Chinese food that wasn't hot pot was not as good as Panda express, it wasn't gross though it just wasn't like a "wow!" type thing. The people working here were nice, but our water was wearing sweats, a hoodie, and didn't know how to provide customer service. Either way I know it's BIPOC owned and probably immigrant owned so no hate, this place wasn't bad, their hot pot is probably really good, but this was just my experience

This is an awesome Chinese restaurant. I have been looking for an authentic Chinese restaurant in Utah valley. I lived in China for extended period of time several years ago. I crave the food I ate when I was there. This restaurant comes pretty close to it.

The food here was good. The spicy dishes were tasty. My favorite was the sautéed pork intestine. My least favorite was pickled fish soup. The pickled veggie wasn't sour enough and sort of bland overall. **These dishes were quite greasy, just putting it out there. Probably used a lot of oil to cook. There were so many to choose from on their menu. I can't guarantee all of their dish will be delicious. I could only speak to the three I had.

This is an excellent restaurant. I love Asian food in general and Chinese food was my gateway drug so it will always be my favorite. My daughter found this spot and loved it and took us there when we came for a visit. I'm really glad she did because the name leads you to believe that they focus primarily on hot pot. I like hot pot but have had mixed experiences with it. As it turned out, hot pot is not the primary offering here and all of the dishes we tried were fresh, well prepared and fantastic in general. The restaurant is clean and the employees mostly friendly and helpful. We ordered a spread so it 's hard to cover it all in a short review but there were no weak spots. We had chow mein, sweet & sour chicken, dumplings, sesame chicken & several other dishes, including at least one we'd never heard of or tried before that was very good. I wish I could remember the name. The only bad part was I specifically ordered the chow mein with no onions. I don't hate onions but learned a lot time ago that they often overwhelm the flavor in that dish. When it arrived, it had onions in it. I pointed this out and the server acted like he wanted me to just deal with it. The cost of eating out is so high right now that I will not do that. I expect to get what I order, particularly when I clearly explain myself. I had to be a little more emphatic with him, which made my daughter a little uncomfortable and detracted from teh overall experience but I'm pretty firm about this with costs being what they are. Other than that, I'd totally eat there agion. The problem was rectified and the food was excellent.

HANDS-DOWN the best authentic Asian cuisine I've had in a very long time and I'm Asian! This is the old Dim Sum location, new owners, new menu & to die for. I truly believe you will be impressed. We came for the Hotpot however, they're not ready for that for another couple weeks their hoping
